Wheeler Driving School is a locally owned and operated business, started by an Ohio State Patrolman named Wheeler.
Sam DeBella now owns the Troy and Vandalia locations and has worked as a driving instructor the past four years. Roger Drummond is the manager for the Troy and Vandalia locations and has been working for Wheelers for seventeen years.
